1. Services

We provide professional mobile device repair services, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, and diagnostic testing. All repairs are performed by trained technicians.

2. Pricing and Payments

​

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept credit/debit cards, and PayPal.

3. Repair Authorization

​

By submitting a device for repair, you authorize SCAVTECH and its technicians to perform the requested work. You acknowledge that opening or modifying the device may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

4. Limited Warranty

​

We offer a 5-day warranty on parts for the specific issue repaired. This warranty does not cover:

• Additional or unrelated issues

• Water or physical damage after repair

• Devices with evidence of tampering​

5. Data Loss and Liability

​

We strongly recommend backing up your device before service. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or device malfunction unrelated to the repair.

6. Unclaimed Devices

​

Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned and subject to resale, recycling, or disposal, as permitted by law.

​

7. Returns and Refunds

​

Refunds are provided at our discretion. No refunds are issued for diagnostics or services rendered.

8. Third-Party Parts

​

Unless otherwise requested, we may use high-quality third-party replacement parts. Use of OEM parts may incur additional charges and depend on availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCAVTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the repair services provided.

10. Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
